A Black Tie Dinner for the Mahendra Singh Dhoni Charitable Foundation on the 18th of July, 2011

Purple People conceptualized and successfully implemented a charity dinner for Winning Ways – M.S.Dhoni’s Charitable Foundation at the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane in London. The event was a fund raiser in association with Habitat for Humanity with a purpose of raising funds to build a Sports Academy in Ranchi and homes for the homeless in Ranchi and other parts of India.

The evening was attended by 800 guests and saw the entire Indian Team attend the dinner as a gesture to support their captain the cause he supports. Respectable Corporate hoses such as the Aditya Birla Group, Citibank, United Breweries, JMG watches and Lebara Mobiles aptly supported Dhoni and us in the initiative.

IDEA Sports Illustrated Awards 10th February 2011

On the 10th of February 2011, Purple people successfully managed the IDEA Sports Illustrated Awards on behalf of Sports Illustrated India.

The Event saw the presence of Prominent Indian cricketers like Virendra Sehwag, Yuvraj Singh and Gautam Gambhir . The awards felicitated leading sporting personalities from all other fields too such as Mr.Ramakant Achrekar, Ashish Kumar, Somdev Devvarman, Sushil Kumar, Gary Kirsten and Sachin Tendulkar.
